Aramark is currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor responsible for developing and executing catering solutions to meet customer needs. The role involves facilitating the delivery of prepared food created from event-specific work orders or in a room service environment.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the day-to-day food service is delivered in line with contractual needs, including dining activity, bar service, and cleaning services.
  • Supervise the delivery of hospitality bookings daily, ensuring they meet the sponsor/customers’ needs and are presented professionally.
  • Coach, mentor, and train all team members to perform their tasks effectively.
  • Manage consumables and sundries associated with delivery, conducting regular stock checks.
  • Place orders with approved suppliers to support service delivery.
  • Support weekly financial reports and payroll in the absence of the Mess Services Manager.
  • Ensure stock rotation and assist with stock checks as required.
  • Maintain daily cleaning standards of all service areas using health checks and assurance tools.
  • Support and occasionally lead the delivery of evening hospitality events with various styles and themes.
  • Ensure team compliance with food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety regulations.
  • Undertake relevant training, including classroom and eLearning modules.
Qualifications

Some previous supervisory experience in a food services or retail environment is desirable. Full training will be provided for this multi-service role.
