Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within food/catering sector.
  • Understanding of the catering/food service market or willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.

You will be responsible for

  • Identifying and developing new and existing business opportunities within your targeted area
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs and drive profits
  • Staying informed on market trends and sharing knowledge
  • Representing the company at industry events and trade shows
  • Acting with integrity and championing diversity and inclusion in all actions

You will need

  • Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development, ideally within food/catering sector (other sectors considered)
  • Understanding of the catering/food service market or willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication skills, active listening, and solution provision
  • Ability to build rapport and adapt style to customer needs
  • Willingness to learn about our products, club cards, and rewards
  • Ability to handle objections positively
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player
  • Good commercial awareness for profitable decisions
