More about your role

The Catering and Retail Support Manager (CRSM) will report to the Assistant Head of Catering and Retail (AHOCR) and support catering and retail operations nationwide. Responsibilities include executing strategic plans, enhancing profitability, fostering departmental performance aligned with environmental and social goals, building relationships across sites, analyzing performance, providing training, and managing store openings, including equipment and stock management. The CRSM will also support broader company objectives related to finance, people, and the planet.

More about you

You should have a strong background in leadership within retail and catering operations, including leisure or high street brands. You must hold or be able to obtain necessary licenses (e.g., Driving, Premises Licence, Food Safety Management) and be willing to travel approximately 4 days per week.
