Catering Operations Manager - Contract Catering - £50k

Monday to Friday

I am currently looking to recruit a Catering Operations Manager for my client's site based in Cambridge. This role requires someone with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business. My client is one of the UK’s leading Contract Caterers and are recruiting for this busy, fast paced site where they cater for approximately 2000 covers daily.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a site that serves approximately 2000 covers daily, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of 60 staff, with responsibility for training, development and performance management.
• Take financial responsibility, including budget management and cost control.

Qualifications

• Currently at a management level within Contract Catering.
• Experience within the Independent school or B&I sectors.
• A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/Health & Safety procedures.
• Strong client relationships and exceptional stakeholder management.
