Contract: Full-time, Permanent (45 hours per week)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: 5 days out of 7, including weekends, evenings & bank holidays
Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences? Cotswold Farm Park is looking for a Catering Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of our thriving F&B department.

Set in the heart of the Cotswolds, Cotswold Farm Park combines family-friendly fun with high-quality food and drink experiences. With a bustling 180-seat restaurant, three additional outlets, and an exciting calendar of events (including our iconic Pumpkin Patch and Enchanted Christmas), we've transformed our catering into a destination in its own right.
Your Role
You'll oversee the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our catering operations — from rota planning and event logistics to stock control and customer service. Managing a team of up to 30 during peak times, you'll lead from the front, ensuring everything runs like clockwork while helping shape the future of our F&B offering.
