Job Introduction

Catering Manager - Tadcaster

Up to £29,232 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Catering Manager to join our team in Tadcaster. You will be providing outstanding service to staff and customers while guiding and motivating your team to excel. The Catering Manager needs to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence daily operations, maximise team performance, and set high standards.

You will aim to enhance sales and deliver excellent customer service. Building strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and contractual obligations is essential.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen and front of house
• Ensuring proper use of all kitchen machinery and equipment
• Adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Completing weekly reports and bookwork
• Stock taking and ordering supplies

Services include: Breakfast, lunch, Hospitality, and Vending

About you:

• Excellent culinary skills with prior experience in contract catering within a business and industry environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate others
• Experience managing client relationships
• Focused on quality and processes, with a results-driven approach
• IT literate (MS Office and emails)
• Business management experience within a kitchen environment
