If you’ve got a strong track record managing catering operations and know how to lead from the front, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be overseeing the catering units under the Eurest brand, ensuring operational consistency, team performance, and customer satisfaction are delivered to the highest standards across all services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all outlets, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and service.
  • Inspire, train, and lead your teams to perform with energy, pride, and professionalism.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong partnerships and adapting to their evolving needs.
  • Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive cost efficiencies without compromising on quality.
  • Champion best practice in food safety, health and hygiene across all sites.
  • Ensure effective procurement and stock control to minimise waste and maximise value.
  • Coordinate catering for internal and external events, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Support our journey to net zero by implementing sustainable practices wherever possible.

About You

  • You’ve successfully managed catering operations, ideally in Business & Industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
  • You know how to get the best out of your team and can lead with confidence, especially under pressure.
  • You understand the numbers and can balance the books while keeping quality front and centre.
  • You build strong relationships and know how to tailor service to different client needs.
  • You're skilled at managing time, people, and logistics across multiple locations.
  • Level 3 Food Safety (or equivalent) is ideal, and you’re up to date on all relevant health and safety standards.

At Eurest, we are the experts in workplace catering, operating in over 700 workspaces every day. We know that fuelling employees throughout the day can help to sharpen their thinking, nourish their bodies and minds and ultimately, motivate them to perform at their best.
