As a manager, your responsibilities include:

  • Organising and supervising the unit to meet Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and statutory regulations
  • Managing resources efficiently, including stock, team members, and assets
  • Providing guidance and strategic direction to your team
  • Ensuring food preparation, cooking, and service meet quality standards
  • Overseeing health and safety procedures
  • Communicating regularly with the client and acting as their point of contact
  • Implementing action plans based on customer feedback
  • Promoting the unit and representing Compass Group positively
  • Managing stakeholder relationships effectively
  • Ensuring delivery of high-standard hospitality services
  • Identifying opportunities for service improvement and innovation
  • Monitoring budgets and financial trends, taking corrective actions as needed
  • Meeting customer expectations consistently
