Role Overview

As a Catering Manager, you will proactively manage on-site teams and be responsible for recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers, and clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Motivating and managing a team
  2. Controlling and managing a budget
  3. Ensuring effective team communication, building relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  4. Ensuring compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care
  5. Proven experience in successfully managing a team
  6. Demonstrating a genuine interest in customer service excellence
  7. Being a strong team player, confident, and positive
  8. Self-motivated and innovative
  9. Previous management experience within contract catering is desirable
Working Pattern
  • 5 out of 7 days
  • 40 hours per week
