Qualifications

• Previous experience in contract catering - ideally in a busy, high-volume site.
• Craft-trained culinary background (essential!).
• Proven track record as a Chef Manager or Catering Manager.
• Confident leading large teams across multiple shift patterns.
• Strong compliance knowledge and ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-shift, 24/7 catering operation ensuring excellence.
• Inspire, train, and manage a team of 11 direct reports.
