The role:
  • Proven track record as a Chef Manager or Catering Manager, preferably with experience in both fresh food settings and contract/in-house catering.
  • Ambition to provide the highest levels of service standards to customers.
  • Ensure excellent quality food production across all kitchen areas.
  • Knowledge of menu writing with a focus on healthy eating.
  • IT literate with management of hygiene, allergen training, and related protocols.
Key information:
  • Full-time contract, immediate start available.
  • No split shifts.
  • Primarily Monday to Friday.
  • Occasional internal events.
Skills required:
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Training staff on allergens, H&S, hygiene, COSHH, etc.
  • Enthusiasm and relevant skills.
  • Experience in similar roles.
  • Financial management skills.

  • DBS clearance (can be arranged).
