What we are looking for:

• Essential:
• IOSH managing safely certificate or equivalent
• NVQ level 2 food production or equivalent
• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within food production, hospitality, or logistics
• Proven leadership and motivation skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and solve problems under pressure
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
• Competency with digital systems for HR, stock, or workflow tracking (e.g., People XD)

Desirable:

• Experience with stock control and production planning tools
• Basic understanding of food costing and menu planning
• Experience with quality assurance or safety compliance procedures
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings
