We are recruiting for a Catering Manager at a prestigious workplace site in Bristol.

Location: BS1 5LF

Rate of pay: £36,500 per annum

Working pattern: 40 hours/week, 7am - 3.30pm, Monday - Friday

About The Role:

Our QSD concept aims to bring a High Street feel into the workplace with fresh, nutritious, well-balanced daily meals. Gather & Gather also offers weekly hot counter "Pop Ups," including dishes from our Pizza station, baked goods, and daily office hospitality menus.

The Catering Manager will have a strong chef background with a passion for FOH customer service. You will lead from the front, driving standards and customer experience, ensuring the team uses seasonal ingredients, and maintaining high standards in coffee, baked goods, and displays. You will coach your team, build client relationships, and oversee financial targets.

Key responsibilities:

• Food and Service Development: Ensure client expectations are met, set standards, review services, and implement improvements.
• Relationship Management: Address client feedback and use it to enhance offerings.
• Finance: Achieve financial targets, manage budgets, maximize income, and control waste.
• Managing/Developing a Team: Conduct performance reviews, provide training, and identify development needs.
• Health & Safety: Maintain up-to-date COSHH and HACCP procedures.
