Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven Catering Manager to lead a vibrant kitchen at a care home in Haywards Heath. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a supportive team and make a meaningful difference by providing delicious, home-cooked, nutritious meals daily.

You will inspire and manage a dedicated catering team, develop seasonal menus on a four-week rotation, and oversee smooth operations across the facility.
