Lincoln Castle Academy is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the catering operation on a permanent, full-time basis. The role covers the preparation, cooking and service of meals, with a responsibility to maintain quality and cost efficiency across stock and staffing.

The post is 37 hours per week, term time plus five days (39 weeks). Located in Lincoln, the academy prides itself on a safe, supportive learning environment and exciting redevelopment plans.

Lincoln Castle Academy are looking to appoint a Catering Manager to join our academy in October 2026 on a permanent, full time basis.

Your new role

As a Catering Manager you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the catering operations at the academy ensuring great quality food and service. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specifications. You will ensure efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, catering staff and company assets.

Hours: 37 hours per week / Term Time only plus 5 days (39 weeks)
