Job Introduction

Catering Manager - RAF Marham

Location: RAF Marham Full-time | Compass Group (Defence)

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Catering Manager to lead catering operations with a strong emphasis on compliance, stock control, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage catering stock orders, stock takes, and accurate month-end account closures
  • Ensure full compliance with Compass policies, HACCP, and Health & Safety regulations
  • Conduct and action internal audits (Origami)
  • Monitor and control cost of goods (COGs) and ensure use of approved suppliers
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Military teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Drive adherence to all Profit Protection processes
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven management experience in catering or food service
  • Strong understanding of compliance, audit processes, and stock management
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Comfortable using internal systems (e.g. SAP, WAMS - training provided)
  • Experience in cost control and delivering operational improvements
