Catering Manager

Suffolk, NR32 1XQ - Full time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Catering Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Catering.

As a Catering Manager, you'll:

  • Ensure food services meet client and Sodexo standards while maintaining health, safety, and food compliance.
  • Lead and motivate catering and support teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain operational excellence.
  • Oversee equipment safety, security of assets, and prompt resolution of incidents or irregularities.
  • Plan and implement marketing initiatives, special events, and drive customer engagement and sales growth.
  • Manage financial controls, monitor margins, and support business improvement initiatives.
  • Foster strong client relationships, conduct performance reviews, and promote a positive, safe work culture.

What we're looking for:

  • Solid catering background with the ability to lead a catering team and other site services.
  • Ability to lead various teams and skill levels.
  • Good understanding of PPDS & Allergen laws.
  • Good understanding of COSHH Process.
  • Good understanding of HACCP.
  • +5 years managerial experience.
  • If IOSH & CIEH are not held, you would need to attend training courses to ensure that these are achieved.
  • Understanding of Sodexo systems, Eprophit, Drive, UDC, Kronos – Training will be given on all necessary Sodexo systems.
  • SIA non-frontline manager certification – If this is not held, you will need to provide all relevant documentation.
