Ruskin Mill Trust is looking for a Catering Manager to effectively manage its catering operations across two school kitchens in Bristol. FTE Salary per annum: FTE £24,717.30 – £28,718.48
We are seeking to appoint a Catering Manager to join us in our school. The catering manager will be responsible for the effective management and development of both staff and work practices within the Catering Department across the school kitchens at our 2 sites in Bristol. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a lead role in a catering environment and will be able to manage and prioritise a varied workload and the ability to design menus. A Food Hygiene certificate is essential. Experience of working with vulnerable young people with learning disabilities would be an advantage.
