Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous experience advantageous, however training will be provided.
• Good standard of personal hygiene.
• Previous training in Food Safety and Health & Safety or willingness to be trained in these areas.
• Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the smooth running of the kitchen production areas.
• Ensuring deliveries are properly stored and stock rotated.
• Maintaining the kitchen work areas according to HACCAP regulations.
• Washing dishes and cleaning catering equipment.
• Keeping the kitchen floor area clean and hazard-free.
• Ensuring food storage areas are clean and organized.
