Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 30+ to deliver excellent service across all catering outlets
• Manage retail, hospitality, events, and staff dining operations

• Take ownership of budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards.
