Overview:

We are offering casual Team Leader positions for event days. The role involves delivering excellent customer service by serving food and drinks in our concessions outlets.

Hours of Work:

This is a casual role with flexible shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends. Pay starts at £12.09 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Possess confident and comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service.
  • Manage the outlet, oversee team members, stock, cash handling, and ensure quality service.
  • Promote products, understand menu details, ingredients, allergens, and service styles.
  • Be familiar with the till system, reporting, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
  • Brief, train, develop, and coach staff throughout shifts.
  • Follow company policies on health & safety, hygiene, legislation, and employment law.
  • Handle customer feedback and report service or quality issues.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, using initiative to create memorable experiences.
  • Manage small teams during peak times, ensuring smooth service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the unit.
  • Oversee cash handling and profit control within the concessions.
