Chefs Bay is a specialist hospitality recruitment agency,proudly acting on behalf of our client in Manchester. We are currently recruitingmultiple Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters to join a high-performing kitchen in the M4 area, supplying fresh, high-quality food.

These are excellent opportunities for committed individualslooking for stable, long-term work in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchenenvironment.

What’s on Offer:

• Full-Time &Part-Time | Ongoing Placement
  
• 7-day operation withshifts between 06:00-21:00 (up to 12 months)

The Roles:

Catering Assistants

• Supporting chefs withbasic food preparation.
  
• Portioning, packing, andlabelling food items.
  
• Keeping work areasclean, tidy, and safe at all times.
  
• Assisting with stockrotation and deliveries.
  
• Following hygiene, foodsafety, and health & safety procedures.
  
• Maintaining cleanlinessthroughout the kitchen and wash-up areas.
  
• Operating dishwashersand handling cleaning duties efficiently.
  
• Assisting with wastedisposal and general kitchen organisation.
  
• Supporting chefs andcatering staff with ad-hoc tasks when required.
  
• Ensuring hygienestandards are upheld to the highest level.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in asimilar catering or kitchen porter role is preferred.
  
• A positive, can-doattitude and willingness to learn.
  
• Good understanding ofbasic food safety and hygiene.
  
• Reliable, punctual, andphysically fit for manual tasks.
  
• Must be able to travelto and from the M4 location reliably.
  
• Must currently reside inthe UK with full Right to Work status.
