PRS are seeking to recruit contract cover Front of House / Catering general Assistants based in Grangemouth. Hours of work are based on working Monday to Sunday – variable shifts available working days and nights. Bonuses apply together with shift attendance allowance and uplifted rates for weekends. Start date: 10.06.24 to 19.07.24.

All successful candidates will be required to undergo Drug and Alcohol testing prior to undertaking work.

Job Specification:
  • Assistants are required to be flexible according to business requirements.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation, and combinations in line with brand standards, and answer questions about the products.
  • Perform basic cold food preparation.
  • Clean back of house areas, crockery, and cutlery using equipment when trained to do so.
  • Report to line manager any feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults, or hazards identified during the course of the work.
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
  • Undertake relevant training as required.
Qualifications:

Food Hygiene Certificate – Level 2 – desirable.

Experience:

1-2 years’ experience in a food services or retail environment desirable.
