Catering Assistants - Dining Room / Food Production

The Catering Department is looking for Band 2 Catering Assistants - Dining Room / Food Production to work flexible hours.

We seek motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team or alone, are customer-focused, and can react effectively to situations as they occur.

The Facilities Catering Assistant will be a multi-skilled person working within a team. It may be necessary for you to work in different sections of the Catering Department, usually on duties appropriate to your grade.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the Catering Department.

To provide an efficient and effective catering service to Patients, Staff, and Visitors, delivering excellent patient care in line with the Trust's values.

To respond to service needs as they arise and continually seek to improve productivity and quality by providing a fully supported service over a 7-day week.
