Job summary

Derbyshire County Council, Spital, Chesterfield, is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join the kitchen team. You will support the kitchen supervisor in all service areas, assist with food preparation and cooking, ensure accurate portion control and allergen compliance, and help to prepare the dining room for service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or catering environment preferred.
• Able to follow recipes and portion controls accurately.
