Job Description:

The staff restaurant at Frasers Head Office caters for over 1000 meals daily, from breakfast to evening meals. The catering team must deliver excellent customer service and work efficiently. The restaurant offers a variety of food, drinks, and confectionery. The team is responsible for ensuring all shelves and refrigerated cabinets are fully stocked, maintaining high cleanliness standards, and keeping front-of-house areas tidy.

  • Work front of house, serve customers, and operate tills for cash and card payments.
  • Serve customers and replenish stock.
  • Follow all food safety and legal requirements, and manual handling procedures.
  • Secure stock and monitor stock levels for food and consumables.
  • Keep service areas and catering equipment clean and ready throughout the shift.

Hours: Zero hours contract with varied hours depending on team needs.

Rate of pay: £11.44 per hour.

Rotas are planned 4 weeks in advance, including midweek and weekend shifts.

  • Experience in customer care.
  • Cash handling and numerical skills.

  • Ability to manage and move deliveries (manual handling).
