Job summary

BaxterStorey is hiring a Catering Assistant at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre in Enfield. You will deliver genuine hospitality and flawless service across events and on-site dining, supporting the Hospitality Supervisor and chefs to ensure excellent guest experiences.

This role runs five days in a seven-day week from 7:30am to 3:00pm with opportunities for training and development. You will join a collaborative team committed to outstanding service and positive guest impressions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and serve food and drinks to guests and clear after events.
• Ensure dining furniture and presentation are immaculate.
• Prepare hospitality requests in meeting spaces in a presentable way.
• Work autonomously or with supervision as required.
• Deliver service with speed, efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
• Assist with ordering and deliveries as needed.
• Maintain clean and tidy hospitality rooms after events.

Job Description

The role is 5 day role over a 7 day week period (7.30am to 3pm shift patterns).

As a Restaurant Server you would be working closely with the Hospitality Supervisor/ Manager based at the Tottenham Hotspur Training Centre, supporting the operations team, talented chefs to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks.

As a Restaurant Server you will build strong relationships with our clients, understanding a brief and executing every detail with continuous quality and a human touch.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to customers/clients/guest and clearing throughout the event.
• Ensuring that there is clean furniture, dining tables and chairs available for the guests and ensuring presentation is at the forefront of everything you do.
• Prepare all hospitality food and beverage requests offered to customers/clients/guest in designated meeting spaces in a presentable manner.
• To be able to work without supervision and take initiative over duties and tasks without being directed.
• To serve our guests with the highest level of customer service with maximum speed, efficiency and always with a smile.
• To be able to use coffee machines
• Assist with the ordering and deliveries as required
• Preparation of all hospitality requirements ensuring all items are available and if not reporting this to your line manager
• Ensuring hospitality rooms are left clean and tidy
