Miquill is a specialist school catering company seeking a Catering Assistant to be the friendly face of our kitchen team, delivering great customer service and helping prepare meals from fresh ingredients.

Work Monday to Friday, 38 weeks per year around school terms, with no weekends or late nights. Full training will be provided; Health and Safety and Food Hygiene practices apply, and an enhanced DBS disclosure will be sought.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills demonstrated in a fast-paced setting.
• Friendly, versatile personality capable of teamwork.
• Full training provided for catering duties and safety practices.
• Basic knowledge of Health and Safety practices; Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve meals and assist in kitchen prep as part of a team.
• Operate tills and handle payments with training provided.
• Maintain a sparkling, clean kitchen environment at all times.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies strictly.
• Support staff and students with a positive dining experience.
