Job summary

East Ayrshire Council is seeking a part-time kitchen assistant to help prepare meals at Galston Early Childhood Centre. The post is term-time with 10 hours per week, scheduled Monday to Friday from 12:15pm to 2:15pm.

The role carries an hourly rate of £13.95–£14.12, and requires PVG scheme membership for regulated work with children or protected adults. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and will discuss PVG disclosures in advance of any formal offer.
