University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking Catering Assistants (Retail) to join Café Retreat and Coffee @ Queen's at Queen's Hospital Burton. You will support daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and help serve food and beverages with high standards of cleanliness.
Full training including Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Training will be provided. Uniform and PPE are supplied.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of Café Retreat and Coffee @ Queen's, providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, replenishing stock, operating tills, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
Full training will be provided, including Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Training, mandatory training, and all essential role-specific training to support your development and success within the team.

Different shifts available working:
Evenings working 1600-1900
Mornings/Afternoon between 09:00-1700
Evenings between 13:45-2000
The main duties of a Catering Assistant Retail working at Burton Hospital are to work as part of Facilities to carry out a variety of tasks associated with food preparation, food and beverage service to patients, visitors and staff.
