Job summary

Accent Catering Services Ltd is seeking a Catering Assistant at our Twickenham school site. The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting September 2026. You will contribute to nutritious school meals, maintain food presentation, and engage with students and staff in a friendly, professional manner.

Training will be provided, and prior experience is advantageous. The company emphasizes development, provides meals on duty, discounts, and support through apprenticeships and wellbeing

Qualifications

What you will be doing:-

• food preparation
• serving, cleaning and washing up
• assisting with inventory management
• maintaining high standards of presentation of food and replenishing counters keeping them looking attractive throughout the service time
• speaking to each customer in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
• undertaking all basic training and work effectively with colleagues as part of a team

This is a customer facing position so in addition to the above you will also need good communication skills and be able to

demonstrate a clear understanding of the English language.

Experience in a similar role would be an advantage but full training will be provided for the successful candidate.
