Job Description

We are hiring a Catering Assistant at a secondary school in Rayleigh to perform food production and service tasks. This role is term-time only, with no weekends, offering flexibility for applicants.

The role includes:

• Pay: £12.21 per hour
• Hours: 25 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm
• Term-time only: approximately 191 days per year

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing tasty food and snacks, and serve on tills/counters
• Follow Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counter, and dining areas
• Provide friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to customers
• Represent Caterlink positively and uphold brand image
