Job description

Vacancy Information

The salary advertised is for a full-time position (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours or sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly.

Hourly rate of pay: £12.96 - £13.78.
This is a 38-week sessional post; working hours will be during school term time only.

Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday, 11:00-14:15.
Start date: August 2025.

Essential Requirement: All applicants must hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2). This can be obtained online from various training providers.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications: Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate.

PVG Membership: This role is considered a Regulated Role under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020, involving work with vulnerable children and/or protected adults.

Preferred candidates will be required to become a PVG Scheme member or update their existing membership before an offer of employment is made. Records are regularly updated, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed and investigated prior to employment.
