Vacancy Information

The salary advertised is for a full-time position (35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). Part-time hours/sessional posts will be pro-rated accordingly.

Hourly rate of pay: £12.96 - £13.78
This is a 38-week sessional post, meaning working hours will be during school term time only.

Days and Hours of Work:
Monday - Thursday, 11:30-14:00
Friday, 09:30-11:30
Start date: August 2025.

Essential Requirement: All applicants must hold an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2). This can be obtained online from various training providers.

Job Details

Assist in providing a quality catering and function service in accordance with relevant legislative requirements, including health and safety, food hygiene, and hazard analysis within the food industry.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications: Elementary food hygiene certificate.

PVG Membership: This role is considered a Regulated Role with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, under the Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020. Candidates will need to become or update PVG Scheme membership before an offer is made. Records are updated regularly, and any relevant disclosures will be discussed prior to employment.
