Job summary

BaxterStorey is hiring a Front of House Catering Restaurant Assistant to support a busy service at Amazon DSA6. This role focuses on guest service, team support and maintaining hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will work 21 hours per week, 9.00am to 4.30pm, across 3 days in a 7-day rota, with on-site meals and staff benefits. No relocation required. Previous catering experience is welcome but not essential.

• Experience preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Assist and support catering staff during daily service.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.
• Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service.
• Monitor food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Assist with cash handling and daily reporting where required.
• Help achieve financial targets and minimise waste.
