£24,340 per annum pro rata
12 hours per week, 4 days/week (work pattern to be discussed at interview)

As a member of the Hospitality and Culinary Arts Department, you will support lecturing staff in resourcing and preparing for all Hospitality and Culinary Arts courses and Training Restaurant operations. You will assist in providing and maintaining a well-resourced and hygienic environment to ensure the delivery of a quality learner experience.
The successful candidate will carry out a number of activities, including the cleaning of the kitchen, training restaurant and bar area; receiving and storing deliveries, maintaining and cleaning fridges and freezers, preparing food and equipment orders for practical classes and undertaking dishwashing duties as required.
You will be able to demonstrate an awareness of hygiene standards and efficient service within a catering or hospitality context. An ability to work flexibly and independently within a structured environment is essential.
