Job summary

Impact Food Group is seeking a Mobile Catering Assistant to work across a small portfolio of schools in the Epsom area. The role covers multiple sites, with travel between schools paid.

Working days Monday to Friday, 10am-2pm (20 hours per week) during 37 weeks per year (term time plus inset days). Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile and you’ll need access to your own transport.

About the role

Job Title: Mobile Catering Assistant

Location: Covering schools in the Epsom area

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 10am-2pm (20hours per week)

What Will I Be Doing?

This is a Catering Assistant role working across a small portfolio of schools. You won’t be based at just one school—you’ll be supporting multiple sites. Travel between schools will be paid, and you’ll always be advised in advance which sites you’ll be covering.

• Work as part of the catering team to provide a friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to all students.
• Assist in the preparation of food and snacks.
• Deliver excellent counter service and operate the till.
• Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
