We're Hiring: Catering Assistant Manager – 2SFG Scunthorpe

Join our team as a Catering Assistant Manager at 2SFG Scunthorpe! We are looking for an energetic and driven individual passionate about great food, excellent service, and leading a team to success.

Position Details:

  • 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 12:30pm to 8:30pm
  • £14.25 per hour
  • Free on-site parking

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver catering, vending, and hospitality services
  • Ensure compliance with dietary requirements, allergen management, and brand standards
  • Monitor financial performance, manage purchasing, inventory, payroll, and report using systems like eProphit
  • Lead, train, and support staff; conduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary procedures
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards, complete due diligence records
  • Provide operational support, attend training and meetings, ensure site security

What We're Looking For:

  • NVQ Chef qualification or equivalent, with catering and kitchen management experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Proficiency with operational systems and software
  • Ability to work professionally under pressure
