Salary: £13,169 - £13,387
Hours: 22.50 hours per week (Term time)

As a Catering Assistant, you will work within the Catering Team supporting the Unit Supervisor/Cook to deliver healthy, fresh, and nutritious meals.

Moray Council Catering Services operate across 52 primary and secondary schools, as well as providing meals for Early Years Settings throughout the area. Join our team of 300 staff preparing and serving meals daily to schools and nurseries, making us the largest catering operation in Moray.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Vulnerable Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update check prior to a formal offer of employment.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary, which increases annually until it reaches the top of the range.
