Salary: GBP12.21 per hour

Exciting Opportunities: Catering Assistant

We are seeking reliable and organised Catering Assistants to join our friendly team. While previous experience in a similar catering role and knowledge of food hygiene standards are preferred, full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain Cleanliness:
   • Ensure salad counters and serving areas are clean, well-stocked, and ready for each meal service.
   • Regularly check and replenish food items, utensils, and condiments.
   • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including wiping surfaces, sweeping floors, and waste disposal.
2. Assist in Food Preparation:
   • Support the kitchen team with food prep, such as chopping vegetables, preparing salads, and assembling sandwiches.
   • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for consistency and quality.
3. Additional Duties: Kitchen porter and washing up responsibilities are also required.

Additional Information:

Fully flexible hours; shifts may vary. Pay rate: GBP 12.21 per hour.
