Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time, permanent Catering Assistant to join our team at the Klondyke Garden Centre restaurant.

Our competitive pay rates range from £9.58 to £11.46 per hour, depending on age.

The role involves 45 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, so flexibility is essential.

The Role

As a Catering Assistant, your responsibility is to support the kitchen team in preparing excellent meals for our customers.

What you will be doing as a Catering Assistant:

• Support in all food production areas using fresh ingredients.
• Prepare hot and cold snacks and deli items to order.
• Perform food hygiene safety checks.
• Clean all back-of-house and kitchen preparation areas and equipment.
• Close down the back-of-house area daily according to company standards.
