Aramark UK is recruiting a part-time Catering Assistant to join our team at Waltham Forest College, E17 4JB. The role is 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts from 6:45am to 11:30am during term time (36 weeks).

You will serve food, assist in kitchen tasks, take payments, and maintain cleanliness. We offer training, opportunities for progression, perks like free meals on shift and free parking, plus benefits via PerkBox and a strong internal promotion culture.

Formación

• Previous experience in fast-paced catering is desirable but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Serve food and beverages to students and staff following prescribed methods of portioning, presentation and combinations in line with brand standards.
• Perform food preparation as directed by Kitchen Manager and in line with Aramark brand standards.
• Take payments.
• Restock goods and ensure appropriate display of merchandise.
• Clean back of house areas.
• Clean and tidy counters and light equipment.
• Report feedback, complaints, suggestions, stock needs, breakages, faults or hazards to line manager.
• Perform daily paperwork as assigned.
• Keeps diligent records as required.
• Follows food hygiene and safety procedures in line with health and safety requirements.
• Undertake relevant training as required.
