Key Responsibilities

1. Work as a team to ensure a smooth catering service.
2. Provide positive Partner interactions with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
3. Follow procedures and instructions using the 'Health and Safety at Work Act' and 'Food Safety Act' when completing all relevant tasks.
4. Ensure stock is replenished and available for customers.
5. Reduce food wastage by ensuring care and due diligence when rotating food stock.
6. Act promptly and use your initiative to resolve any issues that arise in the operation.
7. Maintain personal hygiene standards.

Essential Skills/Experience

• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Previous catering experience.
• Experience in a forward-thinking, customer-facing environment.

Desirable Skills/Experience

• Food Safety Level 2 & 3.
• Additional Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.

Our Catering Assistants work in our Partner (employee) dining rooms across various Partnership locations. You'll provide excellent service to fellow Partners, maintaining high standards in food preparation and presentation. Your responsibilities include stock replenishment and storage of deliveries.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), working Monday to Friday from 11:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
