Catering Assistant - Great Massingham Primary

The salary for this role is £12.21 per hour + 28 days paid holiday entitlement.

The opportunity:

1. Permanent
2. 8.75 hours per week
3. 11:30 am - 1:15 pm

This is a term-time only position, working 38 weeks per year, offering a great work-life balance. Your pay will be pro rata; you will receive 1/12th of your salary each month, regardless of school holidays.

A day in the life:

You will be an integral part of the school team, supporting the preparation and serving of lunches for students and staff, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all.

Upholding high hygiene and cleanliness standards is vital, including setting up service areas from the kitchen or dining areas and tidying up after service.

About you:

If you have previous catering experience, we would love to hear from you. However, we have developed extensive induction and training programs, so if you enjoy home cooking and baking and have a passion for good food, we can help you adapt to a commercial catering environment.
