OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting a Catering Assistant to join our busy catering operations team at site in the UK. You will deliver food and drink to clients and visitors during operational hours and support with kitchen tasks, service, and stock replenishment.

The role focuses on delivering high standards, working autonomously or in a team, and striving to meet the highest standards. Food handling certification is ideal, but we can help you achieve it.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering catering services and supporting kitchen tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced catering environment and maintain hygiene standards.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a facilities management setting.

Responsibilities

• Support catering-related tasks within the kitchen environment and surrounding areas.
• Assist with the service of food and drink during operational hours.
• Support with hygiene documentation and administration.
• Assist with stock replenishment and storage of deliveries.
