Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a General Assistant for weekend night shifts in Bedford. You will assist with food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, receive deliveries, and serve customers according to the menu, stepping in as host during events.

We value excellent customer service, good time management, and organisational skills. Right to work in the UK is required; training in food hygiene Level 2 is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, trimming, and making sandwiches and salads

• Assist with receiving and unpacking deliveries, organising food and supply storage
• Serve food items to customers according to the menu, step in as host/waiter at events
• Top up vending services
