Job summary

Lime Hospitality in Rugby is seeking a Catering Staff member to join our dynamic team. You will prepare, serve, and replenish food and beverages, help set up areas, and deliver friendly, professional service to guests while maintaining high safety standards.

The role requires a valid Enhanced DBS, own vehicle, and Food Hygiene Level 2 with Allergen Training. No prior catering experience is required, full training will be provided, and flexibility across evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• DBS certificate is essential for safeguarding compliance.
• Own vehicle is essential.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 and Allergen Training essential.
• Previous catering experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and replenish food and beverages, maintaining presentation.
• Set up catering areas, including tables, stations, and serving counters.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain hygiene.
• Support event setups and pack-downs safely.
• Maintain records of attendance, dietary requirements, and special requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
