Qualifications

• DBS certificate is essential for safeguarding.
• Own vehicle is essential for shifts.
• Food Hygiene Level 2 and Allergen Training are essential.
• Experience in catering or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork are expected.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, serve, and replenish food and beverages to standard.
• Set up catering areas, stations, and counters with cleanliness.
• Engage with guests to provide excellent service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and maintain hygiene.
• Support event setups and pack-downs safely.
• Record attendance, dietary requirements and special requests.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service during peak times.
