Constellation Careers is seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant for a Bristol-based site (BS34 7QE). You’ll deliver warm, efficient service, assist with food prep, maintain clean displays and help ensure safe food handling in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have catering experience, excellent customer service and a proactive, team-oriented mindset. Monday to Friday shifts provide consistent daytime hours and weekly pay with supportive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Previous catering or hospitality experience is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good product knowledge and the confidence to engage with customers.
• Personable, approachable and confident, with a positive attitude.
• Experienced working in a fast-paced environment and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable, organised and proactive, with strong attention to detail.
• A strong team player with excellent timekeeping.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent, friendly and professional customer service at all times.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Demonstrate good product knowledge and confidently answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
• Maintain attractive food displays and ensure products are well presented and replenished.
• Assist with food preparation and daily catering operations.
• Keep counters, dining areas and equipment clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
