Job Description

We are hiring a Catering Assistant at Churchfield Primary School, Cudworth, Barnsley to perform various food production tasks and provide food service in our schools. This role is term-time only with no weekends, offering great flexibility.

The role includes:

  1. £12.21 per hour
  2. 15 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  3. Term-time only, approximately 38 weeks per year
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting in the preparation of tasty food and snacks
  • Ensuring compliance with Caterlink Health and Safety and Food Safety standards and procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, counter, and restaurant areas
  • Providing friendly, efficient, and hygienic service to customers
  • Representing Caterlink and maintaining a positive brand image
